Order Policy
Please specify any sizes, colors, and monogramming details in the notes to seller section of PayPal if necessary. Once your order is received, I will call you to confirm.
If you want to place an order over the phone rather than online, please give me a call at (337) 322-5337. I would be happy to help you with any customization or details that you may have.
Orders need to be placed at least two weeks in advance, if outside of Louisiana and at least 1 week if local to Lafayette, LA. Orders are placed on a first-come, first-served basis. Call if needed to confirm order and shipping time beforehand. Please note that order processing time is not inclusive of shipping time. That means, if you place an order and shipping is 5-7 business days, a custom order needs to allow 2 weeks on top of delivery time. Our items are hand-made and require time to complete.
We charge 8% sales tax on all Louisiana purchases. If you reside outside the state of Louisiana, please indicate in PayPal. Tax will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
If you have a large custom order or commercial order, we are happy to accept a check or money order, however, a 50% deposit is needed before the order will be produced. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order.
If you live in Lafayette, LA I would be happy to meet with you and discuss personalized customization and payment options with you.
Refund Policy
Because many of our items are custom made, we do not accept returns. If there is an error on our part (ex: shipped the wrong item) we will work quickly to correct it. Please make sure to take correct measurements before placing your order.
