The inspiration for Frolic & Fancy is my daughter Ava Michelle. I consider myself to be a "Boutique Mom" and am always looking for the newest and most fashionable kiddie couture. I decided to start hand-crafting tutus and hair accessories after much interest from friends and family. So here we are, besides, tutus are fun and fancy! All little girls deserve to feel fancy!
